EHAI, Primary Course in Food Safety – FSAI Level 2
This one day course is certified by the Environmental Health Association of Ireland. Public training is delivered in Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Nenagh and Tullamore. Covers an introduction to HACCP suitable for food handlers and chefs.
Implementing Food Safety Management Systems – QQI Award Level 5
This 3 day Management programme takes place over 3 weeks (one day each week for 3 weeks), the final day will incorporate the exam. HACCP training suitable for Senior Chefs, Managers and Quality Managers in the Food, Hospitality, Healthcare and Catering Sector.
Designing Food Safety Management Systems – QQI Award Level 6
This programme is delivered over 4 days (one day a week for 4 weeks). Participants on this programme would require to have completed training to FSAI Level 3 previously. This programme is delivered in Dublin, Limerick and Galway. Suitable for Proprietors, Senior Management, Head Chefs and Quality Controllers.
FSPA, Conducting Food Standards Audits – QQI Award Level 6
The programme is designed to enable learners to acquire the knowledge, skills and competence necessary to develop and conduct food standard audits. Delivered over 3 full days.
