Objective of this training is:

  • To lead a team to work effectively providing excellent Customer Care
  • To develop a strategy to evaluate staff customer service performance and address non-conformances that may arise.
  • To know the key elements of customer legislation and to operate in a professional manner at all times.

Training delivered in house to staff or a group over 4 full days

Suitable for any staff member or persons looking to work in a customer focused environment.

Objective of this training is:

  • To understand the principles of customer service and its importance to up-selling and therefore increasing business
  • To develop good communication and interpersonal skills among staff
  • This capacity to communicate professionally and effectively with customers will reflect positively on the business image and therefore increase prospects of repeat business: increased sales.


Customer First Training

This basic half day Customer Care Training is delivered in house at a time to suit your staff.

The material will be site specific, focusing on your business function, your staff and the needs of your customers.

The training is delivered over three hours.
