NHP Management of Food Hygiene
This course is part of the national drive to promote good hygiene practices within the industry. It is designed to arm participants with the skills requires to formulate and implement a comprehensive hygiene management system and to organise an on-going training programme for their staff. It is primarily suitable for Managers, Senior Supervisors, Head Chefs and all higher echelons of Hospitality Management.
HACCP Seminar
This course invovles detailed training on priciples of HACCP, what it incorporates and how to use it. Cater Care offer training courses aimed at those of you setting up your own system or planning to refresh on the basic principles involved.
Food Safety Refresher Training Program
Due to changes in the environment and ongoing updates in regulation Cater Care offer refresher courses to those of you interested in keeping a breast with these updates. Remember Food Safety is an ongoing process.
