Also known as "Mystery Shopping" or "Mystery Dining", Anonymous Customer Auditing is fast becoming one of our Marketing Department's core services carried out by one of our survey representatives at an unspecified date. Our mystery shoppers use the experience as would any average customer and fill in a report based upon their visit. The template for the report is devised in consultation with our clients, thus giving the opportunity to have issues, which the client specifically wishes to investigate, dealt with.
